Amelia Sheftall founded Karate Pilates™ Inc. in 2004. She has been a martial artist for over 20 years, has earned a 3rd degree black belt in Japanese karate and is a certified Pilates and Gyrotonic® instructor.

Ms. Sheftall is a graduate of Cornell University and is a full-time karate instructor and Pilates trainer for both adults and children.
